Who do you trust with your health care?

Insurance companies would be even more competitive if the government passed a simple law that dropped state borders so that if an Alabama insurance company has the best prices for my needs, I don't refused because I am in New Mexico. Med Mal reform is also a good idea, but not just caps. Every state should have a board with 4 doctors, 4 lawyers and 4 people from other walks of life to hear the case first to determine is there is malpractice. That is what we do in NM. If the board does not certify the case and you insist taking it to court and lose, you pay ALL the legal fees. If the board does certify and the insurance company fights and loses then THEY pay all the legal fees. Lots of cases that are certified settle early and lots of case that are not certified go away. If every state did this there would be cost controls.

This I like.

Also agree with the breakdown of borders.
