BTW - MJ isn't even on their radar. Next, whether this passes or not, will be illegal immigration. (IMO because they believe that the only way possible they might get a second term is with the votes of those currently illegally in the nation.)

The reality is the government seizes an incredible amount of property from the illegalization and RICO rules, this allows the DEA to actually make a net "profit" for the government (bad bookkeeping really, but then what do you expect from a CBO that pretends you can put the same thing in several lines of a spreadsheet with nobody noticing). You are going to have a hard time convincing even Ds to legalize it directly. It will be easier to do it state by state in Amendments.
I don't "hate" dems, nor am I against legalization. In fact I believe we should decriminalize all drugs. You are just making crap up because you can't remember yesterday, let alone what my actual opinions might be even after knowing me online for nearly a decade.
