The Trump administration is gearing up to implement one of the most aggressive immigration enforcement policies in U.S. history, signaling a shift back to law enforcement at the border.

Spearheading this charge is Tom Homan, President Trump’s newly appointed “border czar,” whose plans for mass deportations and border security are as bold as they are decisive.

In a recent interview on SiriusXM with David Webb, Homan detailed his vision for the future of immigration enforcement, addressing manpower shortages, resistance from Democrat-run states, and the military’s role in support operations.

The courts teamed with Congress can and likely will stop the removal of the illegals....they most certainly no longer work for us.

YEP lets deport legal US citizens who gives a fuck about THEIR Constitutional rights.
It will be just another example of Trump and his team stomping on the CONSTITUTIONAL rights of REAL AMERICANS.
Deport the ones here illegally. They should have considered that their family might be broken up due to their having committed a crime and now having to pay the price for that. If you go to jail for any other crime, your family doesn't go with you. Why should the crime of illegal immigration be any different.

Aside from that, the persons legally here are free to move to your country of origin, nobody's stopping them. Of course, those countries have immigration laws too and you could find your legal US citizen family members ineligible to reside in your home country.

We have no choice. It's the law.

When President Trump talks about mass deportation, he is talking about the mass deportation of criminals.

So you are willing to take away a legal AMERICAN Citizens CONSTITUTIONAL rights away?
Yes deport the illegals , and if your going to deport their children who are legal Citizens of the USA are they going to be able to return here when they are out on their own?

No, you arrest and deport those here illegally. If they have some family here that are citizens, that's fine nothing happens to them. If you have illegals who have minor children who are US citizens, then the kids go with the illegals as the adults are their legal guardians. When the children reach age of majority (18) they could apply for a passport and return to the US no problem. That would be their choice.

As minors, they are the parent's responsibility to raise, and no one but those same parents are responsible for the crime(s) they committed and their eventual deportation. They brought that on themselves.

First, the new administration will seek to deport quickly those illegal immigrants who are deemed national security threats. At the same time, it will pursue illegal immigrants with criminal records. It will assign priority to the illegals whose cases have already been adjudicated and were previously ordered to de deported.

Last year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported that as of Sept. 30, 2023, there were 1,292,830 people in the U.S. illegally who have already had full legal due process and have already received a final deportation order from an immigration judge.

Ironically, the Trump administration will rely on a document known as the Mayorkas Memorandum to deport other illegals.

On Sept. 30, 2021, Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security head Alejandro Mayorkas sent that administration’s top immigration officials a set of guidelines for enforcing immigration law.

In the memo, Mayorkas laid out the Biden Administration's rules for deporting illegal immigrants.

We will prioritize for apprehension and removal noncitizens who are a threat to our national security, public safety, and border security,” Mayorkas wrote.

The first group was terrorists and spies.

The second was criminals.

Then there was the third group, the "threats to border security".

“A noncitizen who poses a threat to border security is a priority for apprehension and removal,” Mayorkas wrote. “A noncitizen is a threat to border security if (a) they are apprehended at the border or port of entry while attempting to unlawfully enter the United States; or (b) they are apprehended in the United States after unlawfully entering after November 1, 2020.”

When the Trump Administration applies the Nov. 1, 2020, Biden rules - the Mayorkas standard - by deporting those who had most recently crossed illegally into the U.S., Democrats will have no basis for complaint whatsoever.

:rofl2:

Well a maga that actually has a sane idea.
