And BP and SP pull over random cars and check credentials, and they have means to see the illegals, despite the license.
Under Biden and Mayorkas, the orders were catch and release.
Under Trump and Noem, the orders will be catch, detain, prosecute, sentence and imprison.
After the sentence is served, deportation.
I don't care if a lawful, working, not-on-the-dole, illegal has a valid license, and knows and obeys our laws and driving procedures. In limited Numbers, and if the year's quota has been met, deportation.
But If they are smuggling, or driving drunk, or driving vehicles that put others at risk, they go to prison for a decade, and then deportation.
If they have a criminal records, of rape, assault, murder, drugs, or if they VOTE!, they will be sent to prison, then deported. The license doesn't matter.
The license is just a fancy piece of plastic!

I've heard that's a common occurrence in parts of Latin America, too because the authorities sometimes jail everybody involved until the court date.
Many drivers are unlicensed there, anyway.
