President Trump nominates Pam Bondi as AG pick

I don't reject her, I just want to know the full details.

I am a voting U.S. citizen, I have a right to know who I am hiring.

I think Gaetz would have done a fine job. I hope that Bondi will do as good a job as Gaetz would have done.

He may not want to. He's been known to feint and bluff the left before.

Maybe these initial nominees are stalking horses.

Why would anyone suspect that?

Many of Trump's first-round picks share some common characteristics.

Obviously, Democrats will try to oppose whoever he proposes, and he could be playing the long game to draw them out so he can use their own arguments against them if he has alternative nominees he'll produce after Congress is in session again...

Several who've been victimized by Democrats and unelected bureaucrats drunk with power have now been nominated to be put...

As one of the two largest states that went for him it's only natural that Florida and Texas will probably provide the most nominees. But yes, he will be appointing many he knows will cause the vermin to scream and whine, then force them to settle for the least offensive. I think the strategy is not to burn up sitting Congressmen and Senators, given how many of those seats were stolen this time around. As an example, Republicans should have gotten 44% of the New York state Congressional delegation, going by number of votes cast. Instead they got 7 seats instead of 12.

I suspect you're correct.

It seems obvious (and tediously predictable) to me that Democrats- as usual - are running their character assassination playbook on anyone Trump mentions, even in passing.

Don't you think he knows what they're doing with their hyperbolic hysteria, and is playing them?
