When Walz appears on TV, I am sure the makeup person puts something on him to get rid of the shine. I doubt Walz knows or cares what it is. He is not one of those guys who are really into makeup.

I think I would need the context of the photo before I render judgement. I suspect it was some sort of spoof? Halloween? Some costume party?
I know you now feel you have some moral superior feeling that you have bested the argument by digging up some decades old photo with zero context or background saying "see your VP elect is a tranny"
What is hilarious about your post is two fold
