AFFIRMATIVE ACTION JACKSON FTW!

I remember back in 2016, Thomas broke his decade long silence. No one had ever seen anything like it. Thomas has spent years ignoring legal arguments, and refusing to ask any questions. He is handed how to vote, and votes that way.

More recently, he is handed questions to ask. He throws them in where ever he can, without thought to what is happening in the rest of the debate.

Cool story.

Amazing how DEI gets you to focus entirely on race like that and makes you feel comfortable using old racial near n-word terminology... You know who also focuses on race and uses racial terms to describe folks? We all do. Shame on every useful idiot who spreads official racism in the name of "Diversity".

Amazing how you refer to useful idiots after having just admitted/confessed to engaging in the very behavior that you claim makes people useful idiots.

So from one useful idiot to another, HAVE A NICE DAY. 🙂

I guess.

We all know who else does, that's what it says... Just to make it clearer for you it's racists that do that. DEI just makes racism officially acceptable, and allows useful idiots to feel good about their racism and their unique and total focus on melanin. It's your post that shows that idiot seems to be well descriptive there.

Are you saying DEI is just about race, Damo? Not sex, gender, religion, or anything else?

CNN interviewed seven DEI experts and industry leaders and asked each to define diversity, equity and inclusion. Although their responses varied slightly, most had a shared vision for what constitutes DEI:

Diversity is embracing the differences everyone brings to the table whether it’s someone’s race, age, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability or other aspects of social identity.

Equity is treating everyone fairly and providing equal opportunities.

And inclusion is respecting everyone’s voice and creating a culture where people from all backgrounds feel encouraged to express their ideas and perspectives.

Daniel Oppong, founder of The Courage Collective, a consultancy that advises companies on DEI, said DEI was created because marginalized communities have not always had equal opportunities for jobs, or felt a sense of belonging in majority-White corporate settings.

“That is the genesis of why some of these programs exist,” he said. “It was an attempt to try to create workplaces where more or all people can thrive.”

Translation of Damocles' above post: "I hate it so badly when minorities or women or, worst of all.... MINORITY WOMEN DEMOCRATS get hired to or achieve a position that I could never aspire to because of my lack of talent, drive, ambition, etc, that I just automatically assume they achieved their success solely because of their race and/or gender. What's nice is that now I've got this handy dandy, catch-all derogatory term to use when I want to disparage them and their success, and that term is DEI. It's so convenient. Just brush them off with one easily understood by any useful idiot to mean.... "She only got the job because she's a (insert minority here) bitch". You know, like Kamala Harris who, despite having graduated law school, something the white trash losers I associate with could never accomplish, and despite having been the AG of the largest state in the nation, is someone I and my low-minded ilk constantly hammer on and on about, as having been a "DEI hire". Dammit, I hate those libs and their allegiance to those stinking minorities!!! Because everybody knows that the only minorities, whether man or woman, who we'll ever give a pass to and assume their achievement was based on merit, are conservative trumpers."

Or something twisted and weird like that.

Translation of Nomad's post here:
I, Nomad, do not like it when folks point out that I support institutionalizing racism through regulations that support my own racism. It makes me, Nomad, feel good to have the backing of government so that I can say things that are racist without personal guilt even though I know that what I am saying is racist. I, Nomad, like that I don't have to look around me before I say racist stuff, especially... Because it's been blessed by the Holy Government Sacrament.
