Fire Nancy Pelosi!

Why are you living in the last decade? I thought you people were "forward-thinking" and "progressive" not "mired in the past" and "regressive!" Cheney is a former VP who holds no public office, I don't want a dime of my tax money going to investigate, probe, prattle, or pry at people who no longer serve the public. Why are you suddenly worried about who sat in on an energy meeting in 2006? Do you know how many FOIA requests have been denied by the Obama Administration, regarding all kinds of meetings and dealings in 2009-10... I think the total is somewhere around 460,000.... so when we get transparency there, maybe we can revisit Cheney's energy meeting, although, I don't see what purpose it would serve now.

And oh by the fucking way... FIRE Nancy Pelosi has absolutely NOTHING to do with asking the Prozac-induced bitch to "step down" ...she'll step down alright, but she won't be asked.

Typical Dixie bullhorn....loud, long and saying NOTHING.

Just to clue you in, toodles....like murder there is NO statute of limitation on the crime of TREASON! Got that bunky? And it's UNLAWFUL to hold "secret" meetings regarding public policy when NO information on that meeting is made public. And since old Dead Eye Dick was running around carrying on to defend his "legacy" and denounce Obama, I think it fair that he should finally offer some clarity to the American people. I mean, you want to burn Pelosi at the stake for LEGALLY KICKING THE ASS OF THE NEOCON NOISE MACHINE, so it's only fair that I want some justice for Darth Cheney's chicanery. ;)

As for this laughable foot stomping about Pelosi.....good luck with that one. Let me know how it works out for you.

I think you can shit in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up quicker. You are beyond delusional if you think this (or any) Congress is going to launch some sort of investigation in what Cheney did or didn't do as VP in 2006. It has as much chance of happening as an indictment against Bill Clinton, which also "could" happen, in a delusional person's world.

Listen pinhead, I know you are feeling all cocky and arrogant today, on the heels of what you perceive to be a big win for your party, but trust me... you are in more trouble than you know. Rather than wishfully thinking about what you'd like to see happen to Dick Cheney, you best be concerned with how your party is going to hold power in November, because it is looking like it may be a bloodbath come November.

Once the Republicans take back over, let me assure you, the LAST person they will be interested in investigating is Dick Cheney... although, they might be interested in launching an investigation into the shady Chicago-thug-style politics of this administration. Like... why did the president of the SEIU, Andy Stern, meet with Obama 22 times between inauguration day and July 31... what could possibly be so important that one man occupies that much of the president's time? I think the American people need to know what was discussed, what was the purpose of these meetings, and what kind of under-the-table dealings went on, in the lead up to socialized health care. Yeah, I think those 22 meetings trump Cheney's ONE meeting, and I think when Republicans take back power in November, we will have to investigate that, along with other things... Vann Jones... connections to ACORN... stuff like that. But NOT Dick Cheney, sorry!

As I've said before, as long as UHC passes, I don't care if the Republicans gain 100 goddamn seats. This is now the road America has gone down, and there's nothing you can do to stop it.

My point was more looking at that map the most donations came from the biggest states and the states with the most money. That's not to say there aren't people with money in places like Montana or Idaho or New Mexico but I wasn't surprised that the most money came from the states where people have the most money whether Democrats control them or not.

The map is utterly retarded. Of course I'd expect the states with the most people to contribute the most money! It would've made a ton more sense to have a map with contributions per captia. Every time I see a non-population adjusted map like this with California, Florida, Texas, and New York listed at the top, I put my face to my palm. It's just amazing that people could be so stupid. It's useless information if it's not population adjusted.

anyone else find it odd there are so many Democratically controlled states in the top ten donors to fire Nancy?......

Again, it's not population adjusted. Of course high population states would be the ones to give the most. There's more people to give more money. And high population states usually vote Democratic. The amazing thing is that the Republicans were too stupid to higher a statistician to tell them that the information was useless if they didn't adjust for population. Just goes to show you we don't want these retards anywhere near power.

You could map anything to states non-per capita and California, Texas, Florida, and New York would come out on top. Non-per capita statistical maps are useless beyond the pail. This map is literally more useful as an indication of population than as an indication of a states willingness to give to the forces of darkness.

Well you can sit back and watch it get stopped, because that is exactly what is going to happen. The next Congress will begin the process of repealing it, or at least hobbling it until the 2012 elections, when the REPUBLICAN president will run and win on the promise to repeal it. This is far from over, and I know you totally don't believe that, but you will see. Perhaps in a month or two, when Alito is reading the ruling opinion on how it violates the Commerce clause, it might start to sink into that empty pinhead of yours?

America didn't go down this road, we were chained to the bumper of a pickup truck and drug across the prairie screaming bloody murder as the driver, Nancy Pelosi, completely ignored us and pretended we didn't exist. I don't know how to break it to ya, but The People did not want this, they aren't happy about the way they got it, and the jubilant attitude of liberal idiots is not making them feel any better about it.

Obama's going to win in 2012. You know this as well as I. You may as well get over it now, to save yourself the heartbreak.

And following is the perfect example.

Dixie, Dixie, Dixie. Let me reiterate what Bittermark wrote, "As I've said before, as long as UHC passes, I don't care if the Republicans gain 100 goddamn seats. This is now the road America has gone down, and there's nothing you can do to stop it."

It's all over but the crying, Dixie. At least for the Republicans. As commentators have noted the vote on the health care bill is bigger than an election vote. It has greater impact.

Regardless of whom is in power they will be obliged to govern within the health care framework the Democrats have set. There will be no more "We don't have the money. We have to study 'this'. Blah, blah, blah."

They will have to find the money and that is good. Very good. The Repubs deliberately, by cutting taxes, wanted the government to be in a position where it couldn't help the people because Repubs don't believe in the government helping. The Repubs wanted the government to be in debt so as to prevent any future programs from being implemented.

Their plan was simple. No money. If there's no money, there's no money. Can't argue with that. However, Obama and the Dems knew that was the plan but they went ahead with the health care anyway. Now succeeding governments have to find the money. Raise taxes. Cut a few things. They will have to do what they have to do to stay within the framework of the health plan. The Republican strategy didn't work. They tried to put the government in a position where it couldn't help because they don't want the government to help but as Obama said it's time for change. The time is now.

This is the road America is going down. The road every other country with universal medical has constructed. The same road the citizens in those countries have traveled and it is posted with "NO 'U' TURN" signs all along the route.

It's a one way highway, Dixie. No "U" turns. No exits. Depending on the elected government one may stop for a while but the next government will continue the trip.

Think of it like this. Remember going on vacation with your family when you were a young'en? On the way maybe you whined and cried because you didn't want to go or deliberately soiled your pants so as your parents had to stop the car before everyone was asphyxiated. After a clean-up you continued on the way.

That's the same principal. We're all going to the same destination regardless of how often the Repubs soil their pants. :)

Dix, we're playing like Republicans now. We're fighting a war. We're taking risks. It's gonna be a good fight. But I think we've pretty much got it wrapped up at this point. It's like Rome mopping up Carthage. You may as well move on to some other fringe issue.

Frankly, the "drown the government in a bathtub" strategy was bound to fail. It got ya'll a few quick electoral points, but now you guys are paying the price. Medicare, medicaid, SS, and the defense budget make up more than 80% of the budget. If you aren't serious about cutting any of that, you aren't serious about reducing taxes. Only increasing the deficit. Just face it. The Republican motto is dead. The knowledge from the internet has made us realize your fraud, the fraud that you could bring something from nothing.

ZOMG.. How long does this phase last? Get a hold of yourself, moron... the bill has not gone into effect yet, there are still quite a few hurdles it has to cross before the old nag is at the finish line. If it ever does see the legal light of day, there are 36 states and counting, ready to file motions of injunction against the Federal government over Constitutionality. This thing will be challenged and re-challenged until it is ultimately defeated, because it is a behemoth we can't afford. Ultimately, Democrats will get some of what they wanted, it can't all be repealed, but the vast majority of it can and will be repealed. You can act like a fool and wax philosophical about Selma, and pretend this is some great milestone achievement America has hoped and dreamed for... but the polls say you are living in LaLa Land.

It probably has more to do that the people of California realize Nancy did nothing for her state when she could and continues to be nothing more than a puppet for the Democratic Party. The Dems would eat her alive if they had any old reason.
The contradiction here is that she just led the house of representatives and the democratic party through the most historic social reform benefiting the public in the last fifty years.

and in the end all that will accomplish is clarifying the legal framework under which the legislation will operate. The hurdles and challenge you talk about will impact more how this legislation is written in the CFR then it's status as law so you're really just pissing up the rope and it's apparent you can't read a poll.

It's been common knowledge for quite some time that in the polls, those who opposed this current health care reform legislation are evenly split between those who thing this legislation goes to far and those who think it doesn't go far enough. That essentially means 2/3rd of the American Public support health care reform Dixie.

But don't give up your piss/moan bucket yet Dixie. This is just the beginning. The next step will be universal coverage including a public option. You think that's dead? Guess again. Then after that there's going to be health care pricing controls. So there's gonna be a whole lot more for right wingers like you to piss and moan about.

But you are right about one thing. This is just the beginning of true reform.

Please don't give up the piss moaning dixtard this his hillarious, jump up and down and stomp your fat ass feet to you fat fuck!!!
