Fire Nancy Pelosi!

That explains why USFreedom is the way he is. By continually kicking his ass you inflicted brain damage.

Oh, I'll leave him alone for a while,....you know how these dummies are.....when they can't logically defend a thread or post, they turn it into a personal slam fest and congratulate themselves for getting people to respond. If you want a real laugh, check out the following:

I personally can't wait to see which GOP strategy is going to be used....trying to fire Pelosi, to whine and lie about losing the healthcare reform debate, embracing the teabaggers? rejecting the teabaggers? The next elections are going to be real interesting.

I know when debating them, if one can call it a debate, logic has no place in their arguments. Be it politics, health care, abortion...they follow a script. As soon as one asks a question not covered in their talking points they stumble around in the dark. I suppose their frustration is due to their lack of being able to think for themselves.

They function best in groups chanting slogans. That's probably why they're usually pro-military. Someone else does their thinking and then instructs them on what to do. The strange thing is they rant against the illusion government is trying to tell them what to do when the reality is they function by groups telling them what to do and say. Most peculiar.

I'm still waiting for the day that someone actually admits they don't/can't think for themselves and just get their orders from (insert group or individual here). Because we all of course think for ourselves that must mean someone who thinks differently than us must not think for themselves because if they did they would obviously come to the same conclusions we do.

sfgate say's Pelosi is basking in the victory. Tiny difference in culture between Cali and Hillbilly Bama.

The opponents of the health care plan don't think for themselves. They don't research and draw their own conclusions because if they did research they'd see every country with a universal plan wants to keep it. Every country. Not one exception.

It has nothing to do with objecting to people thinking differently. If they had just one example on which to base their argument, great. But they don't. They've listened to the lies and distortions and use those to back their argument without checking them out.

This morning on the radio there was a clip from the Nevada gathering. One of the people interviewed commented along the lines of "we're turning into a country of socialism. Nobody knows what's in the health care bill and they shoved it down our throats".

Hello! What's stopping you people from actually reading the bill before deciding it's "socialistic"?

I'm guessing that most people never go through the pages of their mortgage papers line by line, and the same for the car note, the various insurance policies, tax returns and every other document people sign, practically on faith, and this group is no different.

They need to stop pretending and get educated already.

it is a well known and documented historical fact that once a huge entitlement program is implemented, the public at large will do little to remove or repeal it, no matter how destructive of the economy it becomes. Then the government will have to do what it's always done in the past and try to use a bandaid to cover up a sucking chest wound.

Some do, and there are valid points to be made, I disagree with most of them, but not all opponants are mindless....

A huge number are, but not all.

The so-called sucking chest wounds of other countries cost 1/2 what the US spends on medical. There is already a sucking chest wound that's sucking the money out of people's pockets. Thus, the need for HCR.

except the reforms that were passed do nothing to reduce what the US spends on medical and actually increases it by trillions of dollars (note not only the federal expenditures, but the amounts announced by AT&T, others......mulitiply that by every company in the country).........

I've never signed ANYTHING just on faith in my life.

Some wise person called the folk you describes as "low information" protesters...Jeanne Garafalo coined the phrase "willfully ingnorant". During a recent exchange, a poster railed that Obama lied about making all pertinent policy proposals and bills available for public review for 5 days when it came to passing healthcare reform. I find that fascinating since all you have to do is enter the phrase "healthcare reform bill online" into google, and you get a review of what's been going on for the past YEAR on the subject. Go figure.
