jan 5 2024 Teachers in New Jersey will no longer be required to pass a basic reading, writing and mathematics test to be eligible for public schools, according to a new law.

Act 1669, which was signed into law by Gov. Phil Murphy, D., in June, went into effect on Wednesday at the start of the new year. The law aims to tackle teacher shortages in the state by removing what the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA), a teachers’ union, called a "barrier" to certification in 2023.
The Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators test is used by over 40 states and territories in the country and includes questions on English and mathematics as well as basic questions on specific subjects.

"We need more teachers. This is the best way to get them," Democratic state Sen. Jim Beach argued when the bill was passed.

There is no teacher shortage and if there is it will be solved by removing the 10 million illegal alien kids in our schools.

This is all about hiring more illiterate blacks to be teachers.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

5. 50 years of affirmative action special treatment and blacks have fallen even further behind. What does that tell you?

My teachers told me they were interested in my reading and writing by teaching me how to read and write.

This was long ago before teacher’s unions ( in my schools).

Most young people have probably never heard of Washington Irving, one of America’s first great writers. His words flow like warm butter. (“The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”)…etc.

There were no teacher’s unions in my school/schools…three of them.

There were dedicated teachers who cared about their students.
