Not completely accurate. With DIE what happens is the best candidates are overlooked if they don't meet the race, gender, sex, quotas for inferior / mediocre candidates that are marginally qualified instead. That is, race, gender, sex, etc., are put ahead of competence and merit. Sort of like Biden. A mediocre student and intellect who somehow became President. Eventually that mediocrity catches up to them.

Like Tony's tweet, MAGAts think non-whites, non-straight, non-males don't require any qualifications. They can be air traffic controllers, doctors, policemen, etc just by showing up for the job.
