Because it contained content that some could or would use to make different claims, like it was DEI related. I doubt that was the cause, but her social media could open up that approach.

Radio comms say the chopper acknowledged seeing the plane.

Air traffic control specifically asked PAT 25 if they had the CRJ in sight, to which PAT 25 responded affirmatively and requested visual separation. This acknowledgment was part of the communications leading up to the collision.
