Trump's Gaza plan isn't meant to work, but that's the point

No, it's just that there's no talking sense to a weirdo who wrote "Why do YOU want them to live in rubble with no sanitation? Does it give you sadistic pleasure?"

Seek help, you really need it.
I called you out on your sadism and clearly I hit a nerve. Comical that you now use it as an excuse for your ignorance. :rofl2:

US President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell on Tuesday when he announced that the United States will take over the Gaza Strip for the foreseeable future. With his declaration, the president has once again thrown a diplomatic grenade into the Middle East conversation – not a particularly quiet region at the best of times and one beset by 15 months of war.

The proposal – one that envisions the US developing Gaza, creating jobs, and turning it into an international hub – immediately triggered widespread backlash. The Palestinians see it as a veiled attempt at forced displacement, Israel remains cautious, and Arab states like Egypt and Jordan swiftly rejected the idea.

On the face of it, the plan is not remotely feasible. The US military occupying Gaza is a logistical and political nightmare. Some 20 years of experience in dealing with Iraq and Afghanistan will have taught the upper echelons in the Pentagon that Arab states would never publicly accept a mass Palestinian exodus onto their soil.

Even Israel, despite its frustration with Hamas, understands the consequences of such a move.
But here’s the thing – Trump probably knows that, too. The former president is not proposing a realistic strategy. He’s making an opening bid in a negotiation.

Shouldn't you be back at DP abusing your mod position? A conservative might expose party operatives if they aren't silenced.

Clearly trump has been listening to Neo-Con advisors recently, and is trying to build an American Empire. I would not be surprised if next he demands the Suez Canal, and Singapore.

trump will not even take over Gaza in the foreseeable future, much less for the foreseeable future. he will lose interest in this as soon as he realizes how difficult it is.

Wow, give them more access to international trade, thereby allowing them to arm... How could that possibly go wrong?

But here’s the thing – Trump probably knows that, too.
I have always been shocked by how much trump does not know.

The former president is not proposing a realistic strategy. He’s making an opening bid in a negotiation.
Everyone is making extreme opening bids for negotiation, which is why it is virtually impossible to have any negotiations.

"We can start negotiations, right after we build a world class casino in Gaza, and ABBA reunites to play there. The ball is in your court now ABBA."

Trump says that he is, and that he is driving for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Whatever else you think of trump, he is not a detail person. Nation building is an extremely detail oriented pursuit. We all know trump will mess this up, the only question is what stage will he do it at.

He didn’t mess up the 2024 election, Walter.

Poor Walter.

I never expected Trump to be able to do anything about the collapse of the Empire, and his first few weeks have not changed my mind. Trump and his people yapping about the ME and our war against the Russians as if they have no idea what is going on does not inspire confidence.

It is beginning to look like the Swamp is trying to speed up the collapse of the Empire....knowing that it will collapse anyway....wanting to have it become evident right now so that they can blame it on Trump and throw him out of office.

Throwing him out in two years is the worst case scenario.

'Red Line': Trump's Gaza Takeover Plan Has United The Arab World More Than Ever

Trump's Gaza plan isn't meant to work, but that's the point

One by one, ^ as the utter ridiculousness of Tromp's Gaza outburst hits home- his loyal racist serfs attempt to portray his insanity as 'clever.'

Haw, haw, haw, haw, haw, haw, haw, haw.........................haw, haw, haw...........................haw, haw.....................haw.

Haw, haw...............................haw.
This is what you wanted. Now you reap what you sow. What will you do when Trump starts gassing the rest of the Palestinians? Not a fucking thing.

Only if it is done by Woke bullshit practices. A real occupation would work just fine, allowing those shithole ruins to be dozed and landscaped and developed into something nice, and the riff raff can leave on their own or on leaky old tanker ships bound for Libya or Somalia.
