I imagine not. Kudos for admitting that you understood the reference.

See volsrocks make more stupid comments.See asthma guy dead
ROFLMAO. I'm assuming you didn't even graduate from the 8th grade since you clearly can't read.So he didn't die because his inhaler was denied
So why is it the insurance company being sued
Agreed. Why don't you hold MAGAts to the same standard, vols? Especially the Orange Jesus?A person is responsible for the choices they make... he chose not to buy the inhaler his parents chose not to buy his inhaler
All knowing if he didn't have it he would die
MAGAts ain't too bright. Especially the neo-Nazis.See volsrocks make more stupid comments.
Does everyone with asthma die when they don't have an inhaler? He didn't even not have an inhaler. Once again, you show you didn't read about the lawsuit.
So the OP headline is wrong also he didn't die just because his inhaler price went upNo. They didn't know he would die. Asthma is not a death sentence simply because you don't have an inhaler.

“Maybe they can save someone else” always the refrain of those who seek to,profit off of a loved ones death. And let us not forget the trial lawyers who will pocket 30-35% of the take.Agreed no amount of money can bring their son back but maybe they can help save someone else's loved one.
Speaking of which, it's easy to see which JPP members are not Christians on this thread based upon their callous disregard for the suffering of others. Note that most of them are big anti-abortion proponents proving their stance is more about subjugating women than it is preserving human life.
Your cynicism is an excellent indicator you are not a Christian.“Maybe they can save someone else” always the refrain of those who seek to,profit off of a loved ones death. And let us not forget the trial lawyers who will pocket 30-35% of the take.
Funny you never hear the left decry “greedy” lawyers. But, then the left used to slobber all over Elon Musk so…….
Judge not lest thee be judged liberalYour cynicism is an excellent indicator you are not a Christian.
Fuck the Left. I'm not a Democrat and have never voted for a Democrat President. Elon Musk, like the Orange Jesus, is a mammon-worshiper. He's turned his back on God and would rather be evil.
Yet EVERYONE judges, don't they? It's a human quirk that's universal.Judge not lest thee be judged liberal
You just outed yourself, son.Judge not lest thee be judged liberal
Getting medical care in America is complex, but we have learned how the system works. Clearly this kid had not learned how it works.I always get generic meds since my insurance pays for it. Most of my meds are $5 or less for a three-month supply.
What happened with the kid is unknown, but his condition was obviously very serious since it cost him his life.
What was his deductible? Most insurance deductible reset every January. And all this happened when Joe Biden was pResident.Cole Schmidtknecht expected to pay $66.86 for a three-month supply of his preventative asthma inhalers in January 2024 when he went to his Walgreens pharmacy in Appleton, Wisconsin. The pharmacy allegedly told him his insurance no longer covered the medication, so he would have to pay the full cost.
The bill: $539.19, according to a recently filed lawsuit.

That is not how the drug part of medical insurance usually works. There is a set amount that you have to pay, and it does not "reset."What was his deductible? Most insurance deductible reset every January
He had an emergency inhaler, but it did not work well enough. Also he could have bought some Primetene mist OTC which is Epinephrine and works.
Also he could have paid for it...or his parents..they didntThat is not how the drug part of medical insurance usually works. There is a set amount that you have to pay, and it does not "reset."
His plan had previously allowed brand named inhalers at $66 for three. It without notice stopped allowing them. And apparently paid the pharmacist not to explain what was happening.

Had he picked going homeless, he also could have died. Also he could have paid for it...or his parents..they didnt
He chose to pay rent with his money and died
Not in 4 days!!!!Had he picked going homeless, he also could have died.
I think we're either missing part of the story or the suit will be dismissed.Getting medical care in America is complex, but we have learned how the system works. Clearly this kid had not learned how it works.
