California is spending about $6 billion a year on the choo-choo train to nowhere (high speed fail) at the same time. They have 1600 feet of track laid so far at an estimated cost of $2 billion dollars ($1.25 million a foot).
 
DOGE engineers aren't just tackling USAID's $38B budget—they're exposing where it went.
