Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency can continue to access sensitive records from at least three federal agencies, a judge ruled.

Yes Dorothy, the President can dictate agency over the Executive Branch and can have DOGE do his bidding with regards to auditing these agencies under his purview.

Let's be honest, this was nothing bu law fare trying to shape public opinion. Only the most idiotic of people thought that these "lawsuits" would stand judicial muster by a real judge and not some Fruit Loops judge appointed by Obama.
