I do believe, however, that mental illness is organic like any other illness or deformity,

You must have missed this part.

One of those alleged victims spoke at Thursday night’s Arlington School Board meeting, demanding the school board to change their locker room policy that allowed Cox in the girl’s locker room.

APS policy that allows people to use school locker rooms and bathrooms based on gender identity, not biological sex. That policy allowed Cox to use Arlington girls’ school locker rooms at Washington Liberty High School and Wakefield High School. The schools have indoor pools open to the public after school hours.

In court documents last year, Cox said he identified as a transgender woman.
