The House of Representatives is the best measure of how Republicans value women, because it is the only purely democratic thermometer measuring what the Republican base values.
Only 14 percent of Republican House reps are women. That's pathetic.
Cabinet appointees are made by only one person. They are not elected positions. That's not a measure of what the base would choose to do, left to their own devices.
