Boston's progressive Democrat mayor has been criticized for offering condolences to a knifeman shot dead by an off-duty police officer while trying to stab two.

Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu offered her condolences to the family of the unnamed attacker gunned down at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant in the city Saturday.

Boston police said two people ran into the Chick-fil-A in Copley Square while being chased by a man with a knife who was attempting to stab them shortly before 5:30 p.m. ET, reported NBC 10.

An off-duty cop was inside the restaurant and identified himself to the attacker, then told the man to drop this knife before firing his weapon.

'The officer then instructed the man to drop the weapon, to which he did not comply,' Boston police Commissioner Michael Cox said.

And if the officer had not been there to prevent the attacker from killing someone?

What the Boston Mayor said:

“My condolences and my thoughts are with the individual whose life has been lost and I’m also thinking of all of the people who were impacted here today in one of the busier parts of the city with this tragedy. I’m glad that the officer is safe and I’m very grateful for a quick response from all of our first responders.”

It’s so easy to bust up shit threads when they employ shit sources

Yes, Anchovies, Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu did offer condolences to the family of the unnamed knife attacker who was shot and killed by an off-duty police officer at a Chick-fil-A in Boston on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

During a press conference that evening, Wu stated, “My condolences and all of our thoughts are with the family of the individual whose life has been lost.”

This followed an incident where the attacker allegedly chased two people into the Copley Square Chick-fil-A around 5:30 p.m., attempting to stab them, before being fatally shot by the officer after refusing to drop his weapon.

Was she suppose to say we are suppose to hate the family of the dimwit?

As noted, she said “and I’m also thinking of all of the people who were impacted here today in one of the busier parts of the city with this tragedy. I’m glad that the officer is safe and I’m very grateful for a quick response from all of our first responders.”
