MMR vaccines are so far out of patent, no one makes much money on them. For the most part, they make a loss. Why would "Big Pharma" support loss making product? On the other hand, treating someone with measles is a big profit making for "Big Pharma."

As a side note, vaccines are not actually against the Amish religion, but taking photos of them is. You should show more respect.
