3. The foreigners being deported had already left the United States and were now out of its jurisdiction.

Bottomline:

This judge has grossly overstepped his authority, but it isn't the first time.

When a future Democratic President decides to deport you, and have you killed in a foreign country, you will have no right to a court hearing first.
