I don't think they are in the habit of creating a file on British lawsuits, but if she's in Epstein's lists we'll probably see it sometime soon. If they are as voluminous as folks are trying to say it would take time to redact victims and cooperating witnesses from the documents.

I do not believe Epstein has some sort of magic list. She definitely worked for trump, and was definitely lived with Epstein. trump does not need to be president to release her work records, especially given that she has been demanding them.

If they are prosecuting a high profile case and there is a British lawsuit directly addressing the target doing what they are investigating, you bet they have a file on it.

The felon had 4 years to address this promise!

You can bet that, but it doesn't make it reality. They may have had a "file" on the Prince in the CIA... to see if they could turn him into an asset. The FBI is a bit more police than that though, they don't just create files because some dude is being sued, and Epstein seemed to get a pass from them for way too long. You say he was a target, I say they chose not to target him and I do not know why.

I know that the FBI was directly involved when my former office was prosecuting Epstein. And I’m sure the Guthrie woman was looked into.

They indicted on comparatively small crimes. Epstein served a year house arrest in his Palm Beach Mansion.

Virginia Guthrie's father worked as a maintenance supervisor at Mar-A-Lago. That is where she met Ghislaine Maxwell when she was 14, Maxwell introduced her to Epstein (a then member at Mar-A-Lago). Prince Andrew was a "client" of Epstein who has sex with Guthrie when she was 17.

This was among the crimes investigated and prosecuted by Alex Acosta... The Felon's first Labor Secretary.
