Oops, too late. This is why we have Due Process requirements.

He did not.
Yes, he did.

Fact Sheet: Expedited Removal
What is expedited removal?
Created in 1996 by the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act
(IRAIRA), expedited removal is a procedure that allows U.S. Customs and Border Protection
(CBP) officials to rapidly deport noncitizens who are undocumented or who have committed
misrepresentation or fraud.
Under expedited removal processes, noncitizens are deported in a single day without an
immigration court hearing or other appearance before a judge. CBP officers exclusively conduct
the process, which is usually completed within a couple of hours, affording little to no
opportunity for the noncitizen to collect evidence or consult with an attorney. In most
circumstances, the noncitizen does not have a right to appeal. Those who have been subjected to
expedited removal are detained until they are formally removed. This provides the immigration
officer with broad authority in the removal of a noncitizen, which critics argue allows the officer
to operate as both prosecutor and judge.
How many expedited removals does the federal government conduct?
The Office of Immigration Statistics reports that DHS apprehended 460,000 noncitizens in
2017. Of these, 103,704 noncitizens (22.5% of all those apprehended) were removed through
expedited removal.

Do laws supersede the Constitution?

Not the one who was arrested.
He was ordered deported in 2019 - fact
He is an illegal alien - fact
He is a violent felon - fact
He is an MS-13 gang member - fact

You and your fellow Stalinists are wailing and gnashing teeth that he is no longer in America to prey on innocent victims. And that is the FACT that lost you the last election, the fact we will make sure EVERY American understands.

You don't acknowledge that American citizens even exist, but you LOVE LOVE LOVE violent gang bangers in the country illegally.

They go out of the way to lie and try every excuse to defend this gang member

But with Americans like Brett Kavanaugh they believe everything bad said about him... everything... he was guilty of sexual assault without a trial

True, but without due process, we have no rule of law.

The Felon sent the guy to the one place that the rule of law prevented. Due Process would have prevented that.

You should get your filthy party to start a campaign. Have Emperor Soros fund ads across the web urging people to "Sponsor an MS-13 illegal" Explain that women who are American citizens have no rights and we need illegal alien gang members to rape and murder them. A slogan like "We are the Democrat party - vote for us so an Illegal Alien Gang Member can rape and murder American women."
