And yet there was no evidence of him being a gang member. There appears to have been a gang member in prison, with a similar name, but this guy has no evidence against him.

So you are claiming that a trafficking king pin was working 60 hours a week as a sheet metal worker? Why would he commit crimes for no money? Where did he find the time to commit crimes?
Gang members usually do not help police, like this man did. In fact, his helping police is why he will now be killed.

Tack on that he got a job illegally, probably used false ID and a false SSN to do it, another crime, and likely committed further crimes in order to remain in the US illegally.
So, just because he hasn't been charged or convicted of any of his crimes doesn't mean he didn't commit them.
He also had a standing order of deportation issued by an immigration court dated 10 October 2019 against him. That means he was removable to be deported to El Salvador, his country of origin, at any time.
Further, Garcia was identified by a government informant as a gang member and this was further verified by tattoos.
The administrative error was in sending him to CECOT rather than to El Salvador in general.
I don't mind him being deported, but I do mind skipping the due process part.
The judge said it, not our great president.

The appeal will be successful. No non-elective, far left judge can dictate how the Executive Branch handles deportations of violent illegal immigrants.
True, but without due process, we have no rule of law.
The Felon sent the guy to the one place that the rule of law prevented. Due Process would have prevented that.
