Greek Wealth Is Everywhere but Tax Forms

which takes me back to my first post in this thread. there is nothing you can do to 'change' that when the law has been upheld by the highest court in the land. Unless you got everybody (90%) on board to change it. not gonna happen. there is too much money for the beauracracy to just not do it.

So you keep plugging away, fightng the good fight, until you change things to the way they ought to be.

I've had the feds fine me 2 Large for paying my taxes because my CPA used the wrong form. Then they took 4 Large out of my account when I asked them to explain to me which form he was supposed to use. This was after they had fined me a few C notes here and there for trying to comply without hiring a CPA, just an experienced part-time bookeeper. Oh, and the CPA charged me 7 Large one year and 4 Large the next. They basically made it impossible to operate a small S Corp.

I figure the Feds owe me, along with my former employees. :321:

So you sign your tax forms claiming you are telling the truth, when you are lying.

All you are doing is proving that your morality is for sale.

no I'm a financial analyst, but let's take a CPA he's trying to avoide not evade taxes. Evading is not paying what you owe, avoiding is planning such that your transactions don't wind up being taxable. Maybe semantics to ya'll but not to accountants and lawyers.
Avoid evade same diff.

avoid:
3 a : to keep away from : shun <have been avoiding me> b : to prevent the occurrence or effectiveness of <avoid further delays> c : to refrain from

evade:
1 : to elude by dexterity or stratagem
2 a : to avoid facing up to <evaded the real issues> b : to avoid the performance of : dodge, circumvent; especially : to fail to pay (taxes) c : to avoid answering directly : turn aside
3 : to be elusive to

A buddy of mine got audited related to some katrina damage. He had a CPA file his taxes and he still got hit with 5G bill. He and his wife make about a third of what you do southern tax cheat. LOL

maybe you should consider changing your sig line. after all, murder is murder, is it not?

No, that is not the case. I did not say that other people's behavior is irrelevant. I said that my morality is not dependent on others following the same moral code.

That was just one of my several businesses, and I took very little in compensation throughout its short life. Apparently the IRS preys on micro-small business.

No doubt when you and your bum-buddies enter the gates of hell you'll see the IRS employees who sucked the blood out of that one. :burn:

Funny, you sin and try to blame the sin on others, and then have the audacity to talk about someone else going to hell??
