Breaking down claims that China halted all its orders of Boeing planes
The claim came from a Bloomberg News report based on anonymous sources.

Andrei Martyanov was talking about this on Dialog Works....he says that the Chinese have a huge problem because a large percentage of the so-called China plane, the C919, is of not Chinese parts, to include the engines, so America can shut down production. He makes it sound like a choice but the Chinese have had long running problems with producing engines, which they did not get sorted till recently when Russia became their blood brothers. The Russians are very good at building planes, military and commercial, and have a commercial plane that is actually 100% Russian made and sourced.
They can in time build the C919 100% Chinese/Russian but that would surely take awhile, America can ground all of the Boeings I think, America can stop the C919, the Russians are in no position to supply as many planes as the Chinese need, the Europeans hate the Russians and their relationship with the Chinese is dicey to say the least.
What is the long term plan.....make everyone ride the High Speed Rail?
China is huge, sure they could, but man that would suck for many.
