You seem to forget that I lived in New York for many years and have many dear friends there. I left because of the excessive taxation and regulation: usurpations of freedom. If they want more freedom then they'll have to take personal responsibility and fight for it; it ain't my job.

Again, its up to New Yorkers to fight for freedom from their tyrannical State and local governments. Since the shit gets worse every year its obvious that they ain't interested. The beauty of the federal system is that folks like me can vote with our feet, as many have, evidenced by their loss of electoral representation and The South's respective gain.:)
