According to the trump administration, no matter how strong the evidence, the courts had no right to release him. Not only that, but also he had no right to legal counsel, or access to the courts.

Now imagine no one knew he had been arrested. He would have had no right to contact anyone to bring evidence to a court. He would have no right to make his arrest public to gain public support. He would just be quietly disappeared...

We know there are people who travel in cars alone, and who disappear.
 
A quick record check showed at least 75 percent of the people Trump shipped to El Salvador for torture had no criminal records. I know Trumpys don't care about such things.
