The post-Ezra stuff certainly is, made up by Babylonian Jews to set themselves up as a 'master race' among Jews, using the Persians power to set up a temple state with them in charge. The Hebrewism of Moses was meant to be an inclusive universalist theology, not an ethnic cult. Solomon had non-Jewish wives, for instance. Monotheism itself implies universalism. Jesus wanted to destroy the Temple cult and return to the pre-Ezra Judaism. there are several Jewish sects that reject the nonsense taught by the post-Jamnia 'oral Torah' of the Orthodox and ultra-Orthodox cults.

Most scholars agree that the Gospels were written decades after Jesus. Scraps of writings may have been written well before the Gospel itself was assembled into a book. That assembly may not have been done by the apostle noted for writing it. A lot of the apostles ended up dead by those opposed to their beliefs. Pretty common back in the day.
