Hermosillo lacked immigration documentation... Because he had not immigrated. As for the claim that he admitted to illegally entering the USA, we all know that is a lie.

The Border Patrol agent clearly lied in this case. There is no way that Hermosillo said he was an illegal alien, when he was a US citizen. It is a trick criminals with a badge use, where they claim the suspect admitted his guilt. That negated his ID, and kept him in prison for 10 days.

A reasonable president would prosecute the Border Patrol agent for perjury and false imprisonment, thereby making sure that other agents did not lie. trump wants agents to lie.
