If they aren't American citizens and are here illegally, deport them. They shouldn't have broken our laws.

Oh, the appeal to pity fallacy. The parents are in the US illegally. Their children are US citizens. You get your choice of one of the following:

1. Deport the parents and have their children go with them, keeping the family intact. The children can always come back to the US when they become of age.

2. Deport the parents and put the children in an orphanage or other government run home for parentless children. This way the children, who are citizens, aren't deported while their criminal parents are.

Criminal activity should not be rewarded.
