Are you sure it wasn't rescheduled? Where do you think it would be "noted?"

You seem to be really confused about what happened. Judges usually have several cases each day. There usually a set order for calling the cases but no set time. The judge is free to change the order of how they hear cases or decide to not hear a case that day.

Indeed, if Kamala had been elected President, there wouldn't have been any attempt by ICE to arrest any illegal aliens in the first place, and all those resources would have simply been funneled into the Justice Department's efforts to wage lawfare against law-abiding conservatives who were trying to make America great again.

It appears that Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, was there for a hearing.
