With no citizen to protect and thusly no jurisdiction to overrule, there's no compelling interest to intervene. The court's jealousy of its powers do not extend far enough to impede the interests of the people it serves for the benefit of someone who isn't even a legal constituent.

Without an irrefutable and compelling argument that the deportation harms a citizen in a compelling way, the supreme court has no jurisdiction to overrule the president's proper use of his innate powers.

Wow.... Did you even read the story? A male ex husband made the claim and never identified who was allegedly in the gang. Then the court never even looked at any evidence before it dismissed the case.

“She is dating a gang member,” Jennifer Vasquez Sura’s ex, Edwin Trejo Ramos alleged in the petition filed in Prince George’s County Circuit Court in Maryland.
The petition, first obtained by Fox 45 News, does not identify the gang member by name, and a judge denied the emergency hearing the following month, and later dismissed the petition in early 2019 over over jurisdictional issues.

In the end it's safe to say that no one would vote for a hoard of criminals like the NAMBLAcrat party if there wasn't a racist wedge issue they could push up against their constituents heads.

Hereby: the supreme court is overruled by the supreme constituency as scotus was found wanting of powers it was not created to have. Citable is the supreme courts own rulings but lets not embarrass ourselves.
