Its a good thing a deal is being made, I am very interested in the details.

GB has a trade deficit with. the opposite of China.
It is our 8th largest trading partner behind Sweeden.

I believe many of us on the Left are mad about the VOLATILITY. Remember the volatility is what informs quarterly projections and earnings. Some companies are even now withholding projections for the next quarter because of all the thrash.

It isn't just up or down, it's the up and down wildly swinging based on the whims of one very old, very confused man.
Exactly, a fact ignored by Trump and the Red Hat Club, tough to run a business when you don’t know if next month the supply change is going to be dependable or unpredictable

Just like all Trump “deals,” the real deal is unknown until the details come out, and as we have seen too often in the past, the details seldom measure up to the boast

Trump has shown himself to be more salesman than executive. He expends far more time worried about polling numbers so it's all surficial.

Virtually any smart money manager will tell you to hold your position. Hold.
Remember it was the lefties that, all through the brandon administration, told you that the president does not influence grocery, energy, and Wall Street.

Trump lies. He said he had 200 deals. He had none. He claims the deal are made with varying numbers from 1 to 200 on any given day. The real problem is that Trump's casually and personally breaking deals according to his golf score that day, means deals are meaningless. He unilaterally killed the Iraq nuke deal. He took 18 months to do the Canadian, Mexican American deal when he was last in office. So this time, he decided it was gone.
Those making deals can certainly treat them as Trump does. Sign whatever he asks for and then ignore it if you feel like it. Your word, like Trump's is meaningless. So are the deals.
Trade deals take a long time to work out and final;lize. Trump is doing none of that. He is playing golf and appearing on as much right wing TV shows as he can.
This is all Trumpian bullshit that never stops.

Virtually any smart money manager will tell you to hold your position. Hold.

We aren't talking about what I'm supposed to do with my investment but rather how the companies whom I invest in are able to plan their business.

Volatility is not good for planning.

Remember it was the lefties that, all through the brandon administration, told you that the president does not influence grocery, energy, and Wall Street.

And he doesn't. But the President's policies impact how companies run their budgets and plan their businesses. Trump started trade wars with every single country on the planet earth. Like it or not the economy is global now. That causes direct and real damage.

If you are into it for the long haul, you do hold, but if you are about to retire or in need for liquid assets, holding ain’t working

The President doesn’t have that much influence on current prices, Biden couldn’t wave a magic wand and immediately lower the cost of diapers, nor can Trump, however, current Presidential policies can effect future costs as Trump’s tariff idiocy will having effects on the supply chain

Our trading partners are well aware of Crazy Trump's political problems that his trading war has sparked, so this is going to weaken his position in any trade negotiations that he attempts.
