No, which is why American taxpayers will end up paying to have the plane examined with a fine-toothed comb to ensure it's free of such equipment.

What may be harder to detect is a bomb. Surveillance equipment requires transmitters or some means to retrieve data. This leaves an electronic signature. A bomb only needs a receiver to be detonated remotely. Receivers are much less likely to be detected since they do not broadcast a signal.

Why does Trump need a new plane? It is forty years old, but currently one is on order due in 2028, so why the need now?

I'm not exacly sure the issue with the curent one, but the replacement is already behind schedule

Heck the NSA / CIA and FBI came out several weeks later and said there was an unexplained increase in our deep cover spy's coming up missing and several killed.
