plus the four new Russian oblasts might be 8 soon if we dont stop our war against Russia...and the Rump of Ukraines military will have size limits.
Russian air defenses are far better than ours, plus we dont have hypersonics.....we are losing the arms race.
Dont assume that Russia wont take advantage of this if we keep insisting upon warring with them.

That is why Israel wipe Iran's air defenses out in a couple of nights. Russia's military equipment is junk. Russia hasn't been able to control the sky over Ukraine. If Russia was as strong as you suggest the Russians would be eating caviar in Kyiv in February of 2022

So that we could hand Russia a strategic defeat, remove Putin, and resume the Rape of Russia.
The Children in Washington were sure that we would kick Russian ass, instead they have kicked ours.
According to Trump we'll just "walk away"... IMHO, abandoning Ukraine will be a very poor decision and will do nothing to "punish" Russia for refusing to stop warring on Ukraine. In fact, he's giving Russia exactly what they want. From the beginning Putin has hoped that the US would get bored and walk away as that will be the only way he winds up with a Russia controlled government in Ukraine.
The military industrial complex wanted to sell weapons. They wanted a prolonged conflict that didn't out strip their production . So the trickled the weapons in at a slower rate. Good for the MIC bad for Ukraine.

He looks like he will claim that we are walking away, but will mostly be a lie.....Our intel will still get there via Five Eyes, the CIA wont take out a single person, gear will still flow in but we will claim that the Europeans are buying it, the missiles will still be loaded with targeting only the Brits will do it.

I think if you draw a line, like Trump did during the campaign, then the line is crossed you do something about it. If he does not, then he's made the wrong choice. During the campaign he said he'd give Ukraine some of our advanced weaponry if Russia refused to back off... Ball is in his court.
You think we can avoid it? Wars aren't avoided by appeasing vermin, as real history, as opposed to wish lists, shows.
