Top, whether you think its necessary or not ( I don't) affirmative action programs are, by their very nature, racist.
I suggest, starting today, you walk around the office at work and complain to your peers that anti-discrimination laws should be invalidated; and you should pontificate to your peers about how women and blacks are getting jobs they don’t deserve. Also, a nice touch would be to throw in your desire to see the formation of white clubs at public schools.
I imagine you’re already a social outcast amongst your peers, so this really shouldn’t be a barrier for you. Man up; stop being a coward, and tell people in your real life what you think. Don’t hide behind the safety and anonymity of a keyboard.

Oh please. AA and eoe are at all major worksites, public or private. The impact is immense. The victims of this discrimination, innocent white men, are intimidated into silence by discrimination lovers like you.

Dude, I told you: your failures in life are because of your personality and your social skills. Not because of AA. Unless you have a taxpayer funded job, or work as a government contractor, AA - by law - doesn't apply to you. So spare me the tears and the faux outrage!
The Horrific Premise of Affirmative Action:
Jobs that are funded by taxpayers, should to some small extent, and as feasible, should be staffed by qualified employees that kinda-sorta look like the people who are paying the taxes: white, male, female, black, hispanic, disabled.

There are discrimination programs in the private sector. Affirmative Action And equal opportunity employment effec nearly the entire population at some point or another, raining their racist destructiveness down on the innocent population of white males trying to get by like everyone.
Race Based revenge policy has no place in a modern society.
