Well it has been on again off again and that doesn't do good things for the market , the people in the market don't like this havoc that Trump has been causing .
I am surprised that the market is down as much as it is right now with the tariffs being called off again, but that again is just more havoc.

Hahahaha, They might stay in place, if the Courts determine that the Legislative Branch gave this power to the Executive branch via law.

AND if The Felon continues his current policy, unlikely.
