You can't pardon someone that has not been convicted or is not on trial. It is utterly meaningless.
This means Cocaine Hunter and the crime family can be prosecuted.

THEY say Hunter's was hand signed and is demonstrably different from the auto pen signatures. They are saying a legal pardon can only cover a specific crime that you have been charged for. So a pardon for anything you might have done during a ten year time frame isn't legal.

This is turning into one of the biggest scandals of the last century where the staff of a President who had clearly become incapable of carrying out his duties, were using an autopen to forge his signature on reams of legal documents to affect the carrying out of a radical Leftist agenda. This was a major criminal act that has no parallel in US history.
I expect the Democrats to stonewall this to the max rather than get onboard to finding out the truth and making sure it never happens again.

No, lawyering up means you are worried. Testifying before congress, under oath, and you've got nothing in particular to be worried about doesn't require a lawyer. Doing so when you might say something that gets you indicted does.
