Well, that certainly is one deep, well thought out OP!
So much so that I would never dare inject my naive thoughts due to the overall complexity of it's overarching, bottom line question.
Let me just say this: With all the petty namecalling going on, it's nice to see someone step above the same old same old. Thank you again Yurt for leading us out of the valley of petty putdowns and showing the rest of us how the civil people have a rational discussion.
