Got a text from my brother today

This is the shit I have to deal with in real life. This guy has two master's degrees and refuses to work. Been able bodied his entire life. Mid 50s and hasn't worked enough quarters to qualify for SS in his life. He would fit in really well with a bunch of you fools here.

Here it is:

"So many people being abducted by masked ICE agents now. In NYC today a traveler with a return ticket was taken and her 12 year old child was left to fend for herself in NYC. How can you still support that? What if that was your daughter? Just saying enough is fucking enough! He’s a shit stain on this country. His budget is gonna take from the poor and give to the rich and drastically increase the deficit. The economy is in the shitter. I know you didn’t vote for that!"

This is just classic left idiocy summed up in a few sentences. Arrogant and entitled.

Part of my response was to ask him where the poor people are getting the money Trump is taking from them and giving to the rich? They are poor and pay no taxes do you not understand what this means. Do you mean they aren't going to get money they didn't work for that someone else did any more?

I see little brother's face in so many posts here.

They’ve been upside down on most issues since at least 2009.
What amazes me is how long it’s taken for an overwhelming majority of the population to finally get it.
I think the Brandon regime is what finally awakened the voters. Before that the loons survived by being more subtle .

Of course not he was just quoting some facebook meme.

All taxpayers have been supporting him, including his 10 years at college that he took loans for and never repaid.

He has full medical and dental care a business owner like myself can only dream of because it's too expensive. Plus of course food stamps. All the while being a bum. He's not worried about our republic, just his welfare.

First off, my condolences. But I hear ya... I have a leftist coworker who sounds a lot like your brother sounds there. To him, any action taken to remove illegal aliens is "racism" and anyone who supports it is a "racist".

I'm sure that he'd hold a different viewpoint on this topic if one of them would attack or murder a family member of his, but until then he'll scream "RACISM!!!!" to the high heavens.

The rate of crimes committed by undocumented aliens is far less than the crimes committed by regular US citizens.

If you were scared of an undocumented alien, you should be TERRIFIED of your American neighbors.

1) I see no reason to believe that's happening.
2) IF it were happening (again, see #1), it doesn't change the fact that an illegal alien is an illegal alien and MUST be immediately deported. Children can easily be deported along with their parents.
