And most of those states listed get hit by Hurricanes every year and now that Trump is Killing FEMA they will have to raise their state taxes the amount of the aid they will be giving their people or just let them suffer,
IMO those states will be losing pop. when and IF their taxes go up.

I believe most, if not all, of those states mentioned tax pensions. Also, because of their poverty and low tax base, services that many senior retirees rely on are absent.
