The EU has said “there are indications” that Israel is in breach of human rights obligations over its conduct in Gaza, but stopped short of calling for immediate sanctions.

Torturing and starving a population is a breach. Blowing up schools, the infrastructure and hospitals is disgusting too.

The only true war crime is losing. If Israel flattens the entirety of Gaza into rubble and drives off the whole population don't expect that nation to try or convict a single soldier of anything. They won. The Palestinians lost, and that, in the end, is all that matters.
