Outsmarted? Sending a sneak attack into a nation we are not at war with is an intellectual victory? You are so illogical and wrong.
This act has the same look as what Bush did in Iraq. He was another Republican president who thought he could do what he wanted. How did that work out?

Sneak attack? He told them we would not allow Iran to have a nuke. He gave them a two week window in which we would make a decision to attack or not. Iran still refused to dismantle their nuclear program so they forced our hand. We were not at war with Iran but they were at war with us killing over 1000 Americans in the past 2 decades.
