“Kamala will have us in a war in 6 months!”

No not at all. Just worried about you APL. Cats can cause mental illness and you certainly show that every once in a while.
Heh. Cats ARE mental illness! Most house cats are either:
* paranoid.
* think they are an emperor.
* just plain stupid.
* cruel

There ARE a few exceptions, but very few.

I will say these behaviors are what make cats entertaining pets, while others just dislike them.

Dogs are pretty loyal. Cats are only loyal to the one opening the cat food at the time.

I used to have two cats. One was stupid (a male), the other was paranoid (a female).
At least the male liked to cuddle with people.

I've had some pretty cool outdoor cats over the years. The one that I currently have likes to follow me around like a dog whenever I take a walk around the property. She also likes to climb onto the roof of the house and one of the outbuildings. She's a VERY good hunter, regularly catching mice and birds. She also gets treated with cat food and milk.

She's rather skittish when it comes to other people and anything ever so slightly out of the ordinary, but she does allow both my mom and I to pet her. She really enjoys getting her head/neck scratched; that's when she purrs the most.

I knew a cat that slept on my friends motorcycle seat. This biker of a cat had an extra toe on his front paws so he walked like a bulldog. They named him Spike. A good name for a Biker Cat.

He'd go out and get in fights every Saturday. He'd come home to nurse his wounds during the week. With all the scars, petting him was like petting an old apartment carpet. He must've been an Irish cat.

Spike was the perfect name for that cat!

His only real problem was the chicken that beat him up to get his food.
