It was a "civil war" that was always going to happen. Elon was just cozying up to President Trump/MAGA in order to advance his personal/business endeavors.

Now that he's done so, and now that he is super PISSED that "green energy" subsidies are being removed, he's now lashing out and saying a bunch of stupid shit. He probably figures that he can get his "green energy" subsidies back if he successfully splits up the MAGA vote and the Demonkkkrats win again.

So Trump wasn’t “cozying up to” Elon “in order to advance his personal/business” and political “endeavors?” Sure loved his social media power and money, especially his money, his $288 million

What President Trump got out of Elon was additional influence (and a friendlier Twitter / social media environment) which arguably made it easier for him to win the election.

There's a reason why they "partnered up" for a while; they both benefited from it. However, it was clear from the very beginning that there would eventually be a "fracture point" (sometime before the midterm cycle). That "fracture point" came even sooner than I expected it to (all the better!).

How was this known from the start? Because "Big Tech" and "MAGA" do not see economics the same way (e.g. H1B visas, automation replacing human laborers, "green energy" subsidies, "Patriot Act 2.0" abuses of privacy via Palantir facial recognition software, etc).

The "partnership" was never going to last.

In other words they used each other, “to advance personal/business” and political “endeavors,” and once one become a thorn to the other, they turned on each other, neither is known for their moral character

And as I noted, was never going to last, both are too narcissistic, classic narcissists
