I think Elon would be better off buying out the LP and merging it with his "American Party" to form a viable third party. The MAGA party is cracking apart but may come together the next election or two. A lot depends upon how loopy Trump becomes over the next year or so.

Political parties run on funding. Elon can provide it but he needs to provide guidance not run it like Trump-Lite.

It was a great scene. I always wondered if -- had the scene been real -- the diners would have finished eating their meals or if the manager would have to run around and offer refunds to everyone. I love a good public meltdown, but they were probably not too common in the 1980s. Brooklyn's an incredible place. I live in Manhattan part time and still don't know how you don't know what a shylock is.

True on the following, but he's also the richest man in the US and worth over $430B. The elections of 2024 cost $21B with the Presidential candidates spending about $1B each. Since everything in America runs on funding, what happens if Musk dumps 50 or 75 Billion into an election?

Money is influence and even $10B a Midterm election buys a lot of influence. As Musk posted on X, all they need to do is focus on a few key seats in the Senate and the House to alter the landscape.

When Trump met his accountants in a casino, he remarked that he did not want a black one and preferred one that wore yarmulkes. He is anti LGTB and does everything he can to hurt them. Like, they do not have tough enough lives as is.
