Democrat House leader Hakeen Jeffries does it again. Refers to 'LAW-ABIDING ILLEGALS"

Joe Biden - "Time to put Trump in the bullseye."
They are criminals, you lying moron. When dems were prosecuting trump they told us NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Now they say 50 million illegals are.

july 7 2025 Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries apparently doesn’t know that aliens living in this country illegally are not law-abiding.

In an appearance on ABC’s The View on Monday, the clueless New York Congressman claimed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are “going after law-abiding immigrant families.”

These so-called “law-abiding” families are undocumented or, in other words, illegal, and they are here in violation of U.S. federal law. They are felons.

When asked by co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin about Democrats’ calls to, once again, defund the police and target ICE, Jeffries appeared to signal support for defunding ICE, which he accused of “overly aggressive behavior,” and claimed that the American people did not vote for mass deportations.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said Monday on "The View" that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was going after "law-abiding immigrant families," and didn't dismiss calls from other members of his party to defund it.

No words needed.

Still trying to pedal Gateway as legitimate I see

According to the Red Hat Club, all immigrants here, especially if they speak Spanish, are illegal immigrants, which is a lie, in fact, most are not

If you don't leave it makes you an illegal alien.
You would think that is the law, but it is not. Overstaying a visa is not actually a crime according to the law. It especially is not a crime if you have applied for a new visa.

And that is assuming trump had the right to cancel the visas in the first place.

Overstaying a visa is a violation of immigration laws, and it can result in serious legal consequences.

It is if you surpass the time allowed for reapplying or the time you have been given to voluntarily leave. The Executive Branch through the DOS and DHS can revoke Visas and can change their status through executive orders by changing eligibility (see Trump v Hawaii 2018). If the restrictions he places on entry apply to current Visa holders their Visas can be revoked for National Security reasons.

If the individual is a non-citizen, their speech could still trigger immigration consequences, even if it’s constitutionally protected, because non-citizens do not have the same protections against deportation or visa revocation as citizens (Kleindienst v. Mandel (1972)).

Including deportation and restrictions on future legal entry. I have 2 friends that self-deported when their Visas expired during Biden's single term, they remained, but when Trump was elected, due to the changes in policy, they left so they had a chance to return legally. (One was from France, another from Columbia).

Khaby Lame is an extremely successful Tik Tokker with Italian citizenship, who came to the USA to conduct some business, and be a tourist. Under the Visa Waiver Program(VWP), Italians like Lame can travel to the USA for 90 days without a visa.

Lame, who happens to be Black, went to a club... So far so good. Bo Loudon, the best friend of Barron Trump, was trying to enter the club at the same time, but was having trouble getting in. Lame came over to try to help Loudon to enter, but it was explained that Loudon was only 18 years old, so could not legally enter the night club. Rather than being grateful for the help, Loudon got very angry that a Black foreigner was allowed to enter the club.

So Loudon, and 18 year old having trouble finishing high school, called up the White House to have Lame deported. Lame's visa was cancelled, which is odd because his visa was waivered. Obviously, he had no way of knowing this. But when he tried to take a flight he was arrested, and told he could either spend months in prison, or self deport. Like many foreigners, he decided being a tourist in America was just not that important to him.

Was he an illegal alien? He entered the USA legally, and stayed for the legally allowed amount of time. No one told him that having things that a Republican does not have is illegal in the USA. I think you will have a tough time proving he was an illegal, but I am willing to hear you out.

Trump weaponizing government, actually doing what he accused the last administration of doing.
