Gun Monkey Madness!

The OP is just another path toward the LEFT's complicity with full on Marxism/Communism. But the latest
sign of their full on Marxism/Communism in their playbook is to defund, attack and murder our police/ICE.
It's playing out for us before our very eyes, but Trump has a strong team, and with Pam Bondi on the watch
the chances of biden's illegal criminals doing too much harm are being seriously limited, while deporting
these criminals has become their #1 focus.
Thanks, now we won’t have to listen to AM talk radio if one was curious what was being propagandized about today

You shoudl have your democrat party make banning guns a central part of their 2026 platform for taking back Congress. Sounds like a winner. Have your Congressional candidates barnstorm the country calling for every gun in America to be confiscated.

You will win every seat I bet
Oh, oh, shades of Sarah Palin, the gun manufacturers always love to see their propaganda echoed, it helps gun sales

So you want to ditch States Rights?

There is a patchwork on umpteen laws nationwide, but when it comes to something as deadly as guns, States should have the right to regulate weapons as their citizens decide not what makes it convenient for travelers. And NYC is one of the safest destinations in the US, the last thing it needs is some Rittenhouse thinking he’s going to clean up Hunts Point

And the idiotic Heller decisions, which is right up there with Citizen United and immunity, specified to defense in your home, not traveling across State lines
1. I didn't get a say about states rights concerning the 14th Amendment. Now, what the 14th Amendment does should be pressed on the states, meaning that states no longer get to make their own gun laws..............or we can repeal the 14th. take your pick.

2. so, in your opinion, states like Cali and Illinois do not allow for non resident carry licenses. So is it sensible or logical to deny someone from another state, with a carry license from that state, to carry in Cali simply because they dont live there?

3. McDonald v. Chicago

But all rights can be regulated, in fact, are regulated, most have always been regulated, at some point, common sense shouldn’t prevail

The UK does not have a gun violence crisis, in fact, what they do have is minuscule compared to the US’s

And forget the exaggerated abstractions, freedom is not a bumper sticker, rights are based upon reason, not desire
Again, the biggest load of horseshit ever. If rights can be regulated, then they are not rights, but permissions. end of story

3. McDonald v. Chicago
McDonald v Chicago, another stupid Roberts Court decision, stated the right to possess guns, but it was not absolute, in fact, the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois have gun regulating laws some of which are stricter than they were prior to the case

Your second question is confusing, if Calf doesn’t allow non residents to carry guns why is it logical for someone from another state to carry guns? It doesn’t, in their State, but not California

Really, can you say anything you want anytime you want anywhere where your are? Can you have a parade in your city anytime you want without first obtaining a license or permit? Can you openly distribute porn outside schools or churches? Should I go on?

All Constitutional rights are, and always have been, regulated, no right is absolute, as I said, rights are based on reason, not desire

and those new laws are being challenged as we speak.

I forgot that you have comprehension issues, so I'll try again. Currently the state of California does provide carry licenses for its own residents, though they are still fighting the cronyism 'may issue' status of it all. Illinois does the same thing. Now, California does not provide a non resident license, nor does Illinois, meaning that I, as a Texas resident, cannot go back to my home state of Illinois and use my TX carry license to carry in Illinois, even though getting my TX carry permit required the federal background check and everything............Why should some states still do things like that when the 14th Amendment has been used to force all states to respect all rights?

And given it has been fifteen years since the case and the City/State laws have become more restrictive it seems those challenges aren’t gaining much credence

Which makes perfect sense, regardless of background check, which is a joke in itself, California law prohibits it, and if you question why is that allowed, reread the above

that is not the case, but ok.

why does it make perfect sense to deny a person from another state?

Seems like an irrelevant response but ok.

Like I said, have your party make gun confiscation a central plank of your 2026 campaign and see how it works out for you

Silencers have been around for years, you ignorant pissant. They're pretty easy to make.

Ahhh, it's always refreshing to hear an ammosexual hold forth on the manly arts of gun and weapon manufacture.

Please, wise sage of the boomstick, tell us more from your vast trove of knowledge of all things gun!

Why would you ever need one?

ALSO: Did you learn the skill from watching TV shows?
1. it would be nice to be able to go to the range with my buddies or my girl and shoot without having to remove my ear protection to hear one of them asking me a question

2. I learned from being friends with armorers and machinists.

But all rights can be regulated, in fact, are regulated, most have always been regulated, at some point, common sense shouldn’t prevail

That's true enough. At what point are guns being over regulated?
The UK does not have a gun violence crisis, in fact, what they do have is minuscule compared to the US’s

Correct. Instead, they have a knife violence crisis on their hands.

They have these all over England now.

Unlike guns, a knife is almost impossible to regulate since it's simple enough for anyone to make one let alone buy one. They've already made it illegal for anyone under 18 to even buy a knife.
And forget the exaggerated abstractions, freedom is not a bumper sticker, rights are based upon reason, not desire
Okay. What is reasonable with firearms?

tell me why you think it's lame? what do YOU think suppressors are good for?

I can only think of bad reasons for a need for suppressors. Whining about hearing your girlfriend while you're at the gun range "rubbing one out" with your buddies is not what I would call a rational reason for a suppressor.

But then I don't spend my days rubbing my cock with my male buddies and whining about my girlfriend's questions while I blam blam blam away.
