A photographer zoomed in on his sock-covered ankles, which appeared to be double in size — a fierce indication of retained fluid and heart failure.

My guess is yes. He almost died from COVID and it's a good guess it left him with heart issues. Factor a lifetime of fatty foods, little to no exercise and pushing 80, I suspect he's a walking heart attack waiting to happen.

I think President Vance will bring back some sanity to the WH.
